A Brief Technique Guide
for Single Units

  1. Make a wax coping complete to the margin. Cut back the marginal circumference 1-4mm.(This creates the area for the margin to be completed with Authentic Pressable Cermamic)
  2. Invest with MICROSTAR HS INvestment and cast the wax up. Opaque and fire the metal coping.
  3. Wax the margin directly to the opaqued casting, 60-100% of the full anatomical form depending on whether you intend full layering or minimal build-up and stainign as the method of fabrication.
    (Minimum ceramic thickness: 0.8mm)
  4. Sprue, Invest, burnout and press with Authentic Pressable Cermaic to create the optimum esthetic foundation for the final restoration.
  5. Complete the functional and esthetic build-up using Authentic materials and techniques for layering, internal live staining, Micro-layering and direct staining.
