Digital Dentistry

Beginning with the digital design of the full contour restoration, the glass ceramic porcelain overlay and the Lava™ Zirconia coping are milled. The final restoration is created by simply fusing the materials with the Lava™ DVS Porcelain.

Lava™ DVS Blocks

Glass ceramic Lava DVS Blocks are available in four enamel shades and two sizes. This glass ceramic material is milled on Lava Milling Machines to create the digital veneering for a Lava Zirconia Crown.

Rocatec™ Universal Bonding System

The Rocatec™ Universal Bonding System, from 3M ESPE, provides everything you need to achieve an ideal surface preparation — and excellent bond strength. A recent study has shown that surfaces prepared with Rocatec™ demonstrate improved bond adhesion. Rocatec’s™ patented formula delivers both a mechanical and chemical bond. The Rocatec™ system conditions the surface by fusing a unique silica layer onto the surface of a coping or restoration, creating an ideal surface for enhanced bond strength.
