Microstar® Disposable Plungers

Microstar Disposable Plungers simplify ceramic pressing by providing increased reliability and convenience. With thermal characteristics tailored to the phosphate-bonded investments used for pressing, high strength Microstar Disposable Plungers minimize problems caused by improper heating and cooling in the pressing furnace.

Unlike aluminum-oxide plungers, no pre-heating or sandblasting are necessary prior to use, decreasing labor time and maximizing efficiency.

Available in 2g, 5g, and 13mm sizes for all popular ceramic systems.
